How long does it take to build?

A typical house on a crawl space will take between 6-8 months to build. A basement house will take between 8-10 months to build.

How do you handle punch lists?

After the customer lives in the house for 30 days we ask them to keep a list of any necessary repairs and send the list to us. We will in a very timely matter set up a time that is convenient for the customer and send all necessary contractors involved over to the house to repair. As for any emergencies we will give the customer the names of all the contractors that worked on the house with their emergency telephone numbers.

What type of warranty do you provide?

We provide a one-year consumer warranty on all-new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. We also provide a structural warranty for 8 years.

Where do you build?

We build custom homes in Greenville County, Anderson County, Pickens County, and Laurens County. We can either build on land that an individual owns or we can build in a subdivision. Currently, the subdivisions that we are building in are The Oaks at Roper Mountain, Cobblestone, Weatherstone, South Hampton and Greywood at Hammett.

Do you have a decorator to help with selections?

Kaye Warren has worked with the company since the beginning. She will go with the customer to select plumbing fixtures, lighting, etc. and keep the homeowner aware of their allowances. She will help with selections and colors as well as meet with the homeowner with any necessary contractors.
